White label IT services under your name.
Overflow capacity for providers with more work than engineers. DACPROS delivers subcontracted IT field engineering on your behalf — smart hands, rack and stack and multi-vendor infrastructure work, carried out under your name so your customer deals with you, not us.
Quick answer
What is white label IT?
White label IT is when another provider's engineers do the on-site work for your customer under your name, not theirs. If you are a larger IT, managed services, hosting or infrastructure provider, you can subcontract field engineering and overflow delivery to DACPROS. We work on your behalf, follow your instructions and report back to you — your customer sees your service.
The work we take on includes smart hands, rack and stack and deployment and multi-vendor infrastructure work: racking and cabling, component swaps with parts you or the vendor supply, physical diagnostics and migrations. We work with kit from different vendors, to your runbook and the vendor’s instructions.
What we do not do: warranty-backed break/fix, or hardware maintenance that needs us to source parts. Recycling, disposal and certified data destruction are handled by partners rather than by DACPROS, so we would coordinate those with you rather than promise them under your name.

Where and when
London-based, by arrangement.
Hammersmith hub, scheduled attendance
Our hub is in Hammersmith (W6), so London is our home turf — from the City of London, Westminster and Hammersmith & Fulham to Canary Wharf, London Docklands (E14/E16) and the Slough/M4 data-centre corridor. We operate Monday to Friday, 09:00–17:00; out-of-hours attendance is possible only if arranged in advance. We do not offer a guaranteed response time, and attendance outside London depends on location, scope and engineer availability, so tell us where you need us.
