What we collect
Data from this website.
Enquiry form. The form on our Contact page opens your own email application with a pre-filled message addressed to us — it does not submit data to a server we operate. We only receive what you choose to send once your email client delivers it, and it’s handled as ordinary business correspondence, kept only as long as needed to respond to your enquiry.
Phone and email. If you call or email us directly, we process the details you provide (name, contact details, and the content of your message) to respond and, where relevant, to deliver the services you request.
We do not use this website to collect payment details, sensitive personal data, or data about children.
Cookies & analytics
What runs in your browser.
This site does not set cookies for advertising or cross-site tracking. We use Cloudflare Web Analytics, a privacy-first, cookieless analytics service, to understand overall traffic (e.g. page views) — it does not use persistent identifiers or track you across other websites.
The following third-party services are used to deliver the site and may process your IP address as part of normal web delivery:
