Data Centre Management Professional

The Certified Data Centre Management Professional qualification is the recognised standard for professionals working in and around live data centres. It covers operational best practice, power and cooling management, physical infrastructure, and risk management in data centre environments. When our engineers are working inside your data hall, CDCMP is the qualification that says they understand how that environment works — not just how to rack a server.
Project Management

PRINCE2 is the UK’s most widely used project management methodology. It means decommissioning and deployment projects are planned, documented and delivered with proper risk management, clear milestones, and defined handoffs. Your project gets an asset register, a schedule, and audit documentation that follows a consistent, recognised framework — so nothing falls through the cracks and you always know where things stand.
IT Service Management

ITIL (Information Technology Infrastructure Library) is the globally recognised framework for IT service management.
